In their last show of the 2010/11 year, saxophonist Randy Mather, flutist Lisa Jelle, drummer Jim Ed Cobbs, bassist Andy Woodson, and pianist Mark Flugge play some favorites from some of the past Chamber Jazz concerts, including: Pools, Action Planet, Sentimentale (Bolling), La Fiesta, Waltz Into Madness, Cheesecake, and many more. The Chamber Jazz Series is produced by Mark Flugge and features the best area musicians in a variety of acoustic jazz concert settings. Each performance focuses on a specific composer, artist, style, or recording and is expressed in an entertaining but sophisticated manner.
