Though still young, Chase has played over 350 public performances since age five, including such venues in Columbus, OH as The Southern Theatre, Jazz Rib Festival, Columbus Arts Festival, and Skully’s Music Diner, along with many other local music clubs, festivals, private events, and even various venues in Lima, Peru with the Columbus Youth Jazz Orchestra and the Berklee Performance Center at Berklee College of Music with the 2010 Berklee Five Week Instrumental Showcase Jazz All Stars. He is also the winner of the 2009 Hank Marr High School Jazz Competition, was selected to take part in the 2010 Berklee College Of Music Five Week Summer Performance Camp Jazz Workshop Ensemble, and was awarded Presidential Scholarship to Berklee College of Music in 2011.
