In collaboration with the African Parish House Quilters of Columbus, Jazz! Art Quilts in Performance is an exhibit that celebrates quilts as an art form in the cultural prime of jazz. The quilts celebrate the cultural heyday of jazz as art, music and craft. The magnificent quilts of renowned quilter, educator and jazz advocate, Dr. Marlene O’Bryant Seabrook (Charleston, SC), will be showcased along with traditionally styled Quilts from the African Parish House Quilters of Columbus.
