As usual, the Rick Brunetto Big Band will be front and center paired with talented Italian vocalists – the RBBB performs with Austin Giorgio Friday and Saturday at 7pm, and with The Sicilian Tenors Saturday at 9pm and Sunday at 5:30pm. The festival jazz schedule also includes Dr. Zoot Friday at 9pm and Brian Michael Smith with the John Vermeulen Octet Sunday at 2pm. Sunday’s concert presents the return of beloved vocalist Delaveris, who will be backed by Cincinnati pianist Phil DeGreg plus Andy Woodson on bass and Aaron Scott on drums for what will surely be a slate of timeless and worldly classic jazz.
