NYC-based, Columbus-loving touring maniacs The Rad Trads return to Columbus this weekend to play one of their favorite venues and kickoff a three-day run. These horn-powered soulful celebrators of American song will play 3 sets at Brothers Drake on Saturday, April 2nd, from 10pm to 1am. Doors open at 9pm and admission is $10 at the door for those 21 and up. The Rad Trads are set to release their debut full-length album Must We Call Them Rad Trads on May 13th (while the band is on tour in Malaysia!) on Dala Records, so new tunes and excitement will certainly be in the air. Add in a birthday celebration for twin brothers and band members Michael Fatum (trumpet) and John Fatum (drums, percussion, vocals), as well as Gallery Hop, and the result will be an epic throwdown.
